PROVO, Utah - Elder Richard G. Hinckley addressed Brigham Young University students in a devotional on Tuesday and advised them to look to the prophet as an example of optimism. "Everything we do in this Church requires optimism," Elder Hinckley said.

That is an interesting quote, I thought the word 'Faith' or 'Hope' may be more applicable than 'optimism', but I do get what he is trying to say.
