I've heard that if In Your Dream You Are The Opposite Sex then it means you are either gay or jealous of the Opposite Sex.

I have never heard that. I do not think I have ever had such a dream. I usually am either watching me or playing the part through my 'eyes'. How would one visualize they are a woman in a dream unless it was one where you saw your face but with the body of a woman?

Sometimes dreams are all about "feeling" rather than seeing so you could well "feel" in your dream that you're from the opposite sex without seeing your face or body.
