Why do some people say "Christ Jesus" rather than "Jesus Christ"?

Well the reality of it is that Christ is not a name, but a title, meaning savior or messiah. Jesus, while allegedly a name, also means savior. But when speaking someones name and title, you put the title first, like President Bush. So Christ Jesus is actually more appropriately said and written than Jesus Christ, which implicates that its his first and last name, which is incorrect.
