Thats all well and good, but an hour a day of vigorous activity? Few people have that kind of time to dedicate every day, or even a few days a week. Not only that, how many people are healthy enough to exercise for that long? I'm not! Essentially this study has told us what we already knew, really healthy people don't get sick as much as those who are not healthy.
