Did your Mucous Plug Came Out ever come out before the delivery? It comes out in some women and others not. It is also not an accurate means of when the baby will come.

My wife never lost the plug or broke water till minutes before birth. I think it varies greatly for many. My information I was able to gather on this is that once the water breaks the baby needs to be delivered as quick as possible to ensure a healthier birth. Long delays after can cause issues later in life.
