Anderson rhkm39a; part 1: 1/4 c Cocoa 2 c Granulated sugar 1/2 c Margarine 1/2 c Milk; part 2: In: 1/2 c Peanut butter 3 c Quick oatmeal 1 ts Vanilla Part 1: Stir and boil above ingredients 1 MIN.
