This is just disgusting, I do not see any other option in cases like that but to punish this monster and use castration.

Sister Handicapped Raping Arrested Utahn
My mom worked at a school for retarded and autistic children for ten years. I had the opportunity to work with lots of the kids in a volunteer fashion so I have a soft spot in my heart for special needs children. It is infuriating to hear about special needs children being taken advantage of. Its likely this person would not have raped her if she was normal, and thus felt safer doing it. Special needs people are human too, they just need a little more help, exploiting them for your own deviant sexual purposes makes me sick. No punishment is proper for him, that will properly show him what its like to exploited and raped for being born the way you are!
