HEIGHT LOSS TIED TO HEART DISEASE IN MEN

A study of older British men finds that those who shrink in height by about an inch or more over 20 years are more likely to die earlier than other men. Those men also have a greater risk of heart disease.

I have high blood pressure, but don't have high cholesterol. I am going to the YMCA every day trying to get my weight under control. I know I'm at high risk for heart disease, but didn't even know that men are at risk for osteoporosis.
