Oatmeal Cookie/florida

1 1/4 c Margarine

3/4 c Firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 c Granulated sugar

1 Egg

= "egg beaters" 1 ts Vanilla

3 c Oats

1 1/2 c All-purpose flour

1 ts Baking soda

1 ts Salt

1 ts Cinnamon

1/4 ts Nutmeg

Beat margarine and sugars until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add combined flour, baking soda, salt and spices; mix well. Stir in oats. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
