Blenders Best

Oster is usually the brand I choose when buying a blender. We have a 450W Oster and it works brilliantly. One of the things I made sure to look up was what the inner parts were made of... ours has all metal parts - that is the way to go. If you sacrifice price for a cheaper model you will end up with plastic parts and a blender that needs repairs.

I need to get a good blender. The one I'm using is old and the blades do not cut very well. I like to make smoothies, so once I get a new place I think that will be one of my first purchases.
