| 2 | cup | cooked 7 grain cereal | |
| 2 | cup | water | |
| 2 | tablespoon | maple syrup | |
| 2 | tablespoon | unrefined vegetable oil | |
| 2 | teaspoon | sea salt (optional) | |
| 1 | tablespoon | baking powder | |
| 1/4 | cup | instant oatmeal | |
| 2 | cup | yellow cornmeal | |
Directions: | |||
| Mix all ingredients (except for cornmeal) in blender until very smooth. Mix in cornmeal with a spoon. Fill oiled muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes. | |||
