Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials: Spinach Bread (Bisquick)

Ingredients
1eachspinach, frozen package, thawed, drained well
1cupbisquick
1/4cupvegetable oil
3eacheggs
1tablespoononion, chopped
1cupmozzarella cheese, cubed
1/2cupparmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

Grease small loaf pan. Mix all of the above ingredients together by hand. Pour into loaf pan. Bake about 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Can be served hot or cold.
