Recipe details: Spinach- Turkey Quiche

10 ounces cheddar cheese -- shredded 8 ounces cottage cheese 1 cup ricotta cheese 1 cup cooked turkey -- chopped 1 10 ounces pk frozen spinach -- thawed & chopped 1 4 1/2 ounces chopped mushrooms drained 1/4 cup onion -- chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons flour 2 unbaked pie shells Making sure spinach is thawed and mushrooms are drained, mix ingredients and po ur into unbaked pie shells.
