Sylvia's Apple Pie

What are your thoughts about this delightful dish?

Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

1 1/2 c Flour

1 1/2 ts Sugar

1 ts Salt

1/2 c Mazola oil

2 tb Milk

Apples to fill 9" pie pan Cinnamon Butter or margarine Put first 3 ingredients into pie pan. Mix together the oil and milk and add to flour. Mix together well and shape in pan. Spread 3 tbsp. flour and 3 tbsp. sugar in uncooked pie crust. Add sliced apples. Sprinkle with sugar

and cinnamon. Dot with butter or oleo. Add a little water. Bake a 350 degrees for 45 - 55 minutes. (Sylvia Collins) NOTE: Sylvia was a dear friend of my

mother's and had been a widow for a number of years. She liked to bake, but it had to be simple and her apple pie is very simple. No rolling pin or any other dishes, just put everything in the pie pan.
