What If... You Are The Head of State
Part 2

Scenario: Your country is fighting hard economic times as it enters a recession. You have only TWO areas of which you can make things really work to the best of it's capacity. Which two will you choose?

1. Infrastructure
2. Health
3. Agriculture
4. Finance
5. External Affairs
6. Social Development
7. Sport & Culture
8. National Security
9. Justice & Legal Affairs
10. Education
11. Internal Government
12. Labor

Note: Keep in mind the people will be clamoring for attention in each area above, but only two of the ones above will be taken care of with the best of resources and government input.

If What

In this I would put all my emphasis on Labor and finance. Getting people to work and getting the money to pay for their labor.
