Cars for the super tall?

Are you very tall? Have you found yourself trying very hard to fit in the typical sedan without banging your head or knees against the interior? Are there cars that fit your body size over others? How do you may out when invited into a small car?

I am not tall at all, but I have had friends that are around 6'4" and they really had a hard time fitting in the front seat of most cars. Often they would place their knees to one side or ask the person in the front seat to move forward. I also found it very difficult to sit in some maxi taxis which seemed to be designed for Japanese (small sized people).

I am 6'2" and the smallest car I've found comfortable is the Honda Civic, which I own. The other day I tried to drive in my buddies Mitsubishi Eclipse, and my hair basically was touching the top the entire time. It drove me nuts. If it's not head room, it's leg room with smaller cars. Hondas, for some reason, are able to accommodate both head room and leg room, and that is why they are the only small cars I would purchase for myself.
