Ingredients
1	pound	turkey, ground
3	tablespoon	onion, minced
1	cup	water
1 1/2	teaspoon	italian seasoning
1/8	teaspoon	salt
1/4	teaspoon	garlic powder
6	oz	tomato paste
2	tablespoon	parmesan, grated
2	cup	spaghetti, cooked, hot
Directions:
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat until hot. Add turkey & onion. Cook until turkey is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well. Return to skillet. Stir in water & italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder & tomato paste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese. 334 Cal. Per 3/4 cup sauce, 1/2 cup spaghetti & 1 1/2 ts. cheese (Fat 12.2, Chol. 74.)
