Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

Ingredients
3poundbeef rump roast
3tablespoonflour
15oztomato sauce
1/2cuponions, chopped
1/3cupbrown sugar, packed
2tablespoonlemon juice
1tablespoonbeef instant bouillon
2teaspoonchili powder
1eachgarlic clove, chopped fine
1teaspoondry mustard
1hamburger buns

Directions:

Rub flour into roast. Place in bottom of crockpot and add remaining
ingredients, except buns. Cook on low for about 14-16 hours. Serve
over buns.
