Law & Man

Are Laws intended to govern man or are they merely restrictions imposed on himself because he believes without law he would be a tool of destruction both to himself and those around him?

Man and Law Philosophy

Laws are imposed on man to prevent and restrict those things which are destructive to others of the species. Thus, laws should not be that which restrict personal choice of behavior towards self, but rules to protect others from other people. Laws will then serve their purpose which is to protect us from each other, such things are detrimental to our continued survival.
