Contaminated Punch Suspected In Woman's Death

CONTAMINATED PUNCH SUSPECTED IN WOMAN'S DEATH

A 25-year-old woman is dead and her husband and two others are critically ill in hospital after drinking holiday punch tainted with windshield washer fluid.

Death Womans Suspected Punch Contaminated

This sounds like a accident. I would hope that it was. People need to make sure that if your going to store something edible or drinkable you do not use a container of something that is harmful to man.
