I know you wanted to get some GPs, but I do not think I have seen anyone spend 1100FP on it in one go. Make sure to hold on to the rest of FP.

Krakyn, sorry for your character. You have some options:

1. For the sake of simplicity you can restore your current character and equipment by just paying the same gold you did last time. Of course you may wish to change professions and name.

2. You may wish to break and try another RPG, although you can participate in many RPGs at the same time.

3. Start from scratch, but that is a difficult path given the FP you now have, unless you want to chance some of it in the Forum Shop.

Hey JB hope your weekend was good. I am in the process of trying to make a long bow(want to make a recurve). Do you think anyone would be interested in sharing any experience they have in such an art. I am currently getting ready to do the final shaping and making the string. It is my first attempt.

I love archery and was actually quite good at it in High School. Now depending on where you want to go with it I would either start a Thread in the Sports or Medieval Lifestyle Board. If you want to Discuss actual bow making then maybe Medieval Lifestyle might be the place?

I was thinking on the actual making...I will take some photos tonight and see what I can do. I know I have made some errors in my cutting thus far but I am learning. I hope to start tillering soon. I can add some links I hope also.

I have never actually shot a bow properly just mucked about as a kid. Grab a pine bow string it and chase each other around.

I will look in the medieval to post all. Once built perhaps I will start a thread in sport on how to shoot I am sure your experience will be a great boon.
