It was great thanks you KNtoran and yes we do we are in a spot there. I have posted some thoughts.

Until we get another person hired I work the same hours every week no matter if it is a holiday or not. My position has to have someone there 24/7. It is a federal mandate. Plus having people gone on vacation and such makes the holidays interesting.

I know that feeling all to well I am one of two now used to be just me I get holidays again yippie!

I am having fun though nice little black boxes here got one dialer going but the second is being more stubborn. I can get it running then when I update the version of the inner components which I have to or the Database will be corrupted It losses cont cat with the data base. There is a voice connection on it for e-mail I debate if I am clashing with its security on the update function...My boss also gets trigger happy and causes lockups. Nice if he went for coffee more often .

Yes to my inexperienced mind it sounds as if there is a security issue. You might want to check the little black boxes configuration to see if the security of it is compatable for your system. But then again I may not know a thing and barking up the wrong tree.

I can not believe it it was nothing I did wrong but a subtle change in the programs protocols. Dang programmers always trying to better things.

The software runs multi virtual processors and threads defined by tafs. Seems they did an update and never told their staff or put up some notes about it in the web site. What happens is when you down load the software all tafs are off so it has no idea what anything is till the user defines them by loading them in or going back out and running the taf editor prior stat up....


We used to start the software then just assign the required tafs(functions to be done by the client). So now you have to set those assigned tafs then it only allows the client access the the database required. So in a sense it was a security issue.

I am done for they day as I learned my one new thing!

Well then my senses did not let me down again. I thought it was something to do with the security program. Now I know about it too. Glad you were able to get it figured out. I hope I was just a little bit of help.

Te customer support was great after I figured it ok the lady was kind enough to confirm that yes I did have to do it and that it is not a bug. Too bad nobody told the rest of the staff. I think it did help that I stuck to the security idea as it made me check all the small parts for connectivity. I am building a book what not to do with mv90.

OK I will try this again. For some reason some of my posts are disappearing.

On Solo I and Solo II How far have you gotten. I have gotten out to the 20s and survived to live another day. It is when I go to the east forest that I end up dying. Small dragons are not fun. I am level 16 in this and bought all maps except for the unknown area that is 9,000 alone. I hope to get enough tp to head to east city and the kingdom city to see what better equipment I can get there.

In Solo II I am second level and doing good. I am 1,500 experience from level 3.
