Well looks like krakyn will be suiting up Orange fire retardant clothing in the am for now on. They offered 3rd year of the apprentice. Was hoping for six months more but still a reasonable offer. One piece to reword and my boss thinks that is no big deal. I hope by November to be on the trouble truck to get some overtime to make up any wage losses. It is pretty close any how 60 a week less to start. 12 months at that rate and back to where I started from.

Going to a bit longer this year but that is ok we have most large ticket items taken care of and we can wait a year for the rest I think. I see no reason for new windows up stairs and the bad ones have been done. My wife is on board with this so that makes it comfortable for me to accept. I expect April 1st I will chat night time only.

Got most of my research done for the lake as well so timing really is good I guess.

Happy for you that you are going in the direction you want to go. Good that you are getting support from your half as well. We will miss you in the day and look forward to seeing you on at night if you're not too tired.

I am sure you wife would like that as well. Though well who cares about the boss there there just to see if you can find a work around.

That is the nice thing about my job. I have seniority and can switch if I wish. Plus I work in a room that few come to even during the day. I have worked some hours here and there were I had to work a day shift. I never saw the boss on those days either.

Nice I sit outside my bosses office mind you he is pretty easy going in most ways. Just be nice not to see him all day long.

I can tell ya when I get to work I know the boss is somewhere in the building for at least 2-3 hours. The fact that I only see him about 3-4 times a year makes it all worth while.
