Well I am hoping to get back on a few times a week though nothing as serious as I used to be. So no I will not be looking to join or host and RPG in the near future.

Let me see updates since last visit.... Home schooled our oldest boy last year. It went well he is very smart just easily distracted. We intend to send him back into the system next year. Our youngest seem to be better focused though a slow starter when it come to creative writing.

Myself just celebrated one more anniversary, time sure does fly. I think I have have matured allot in that department and realize the true strength of a strong mind.

Finished our front porch must admit it looks nice, that still leaves a shed to do and two bathroom renovations. Like a five year target to get that all finished. Would be sooner must money money money. Reno's seem to revolve around it.

I guess that is about it for now.

To answer you, the LDS Board is open to everyone but the Topic must be kept based on LDS Doctrine. The same applies for every Religious Board. Welcome back again. Good to see home life is working well for you. For the cold you may want to look at this: Does anyone suffer from this? but it requires a lifestyle stage. I am vegan now and never get sick even when all those around me are bedridden.

I have heard that some Vegans do enjoy less sick time but I am not sure if that is the only reason for JB not getting sick as I am a meat eater and I myself have not gotten sick for the past 20+ years even while being around sick people. I think if you have a great will power you can keep yourself from being sick. Try that Krakyn.

I also find hard exercise burns out most bugs when they start. The vegan makes sense as your pumping your body full of good building blocks. I also just refuse to stop so often it is short lived. First time in a few years something has grabbed me, mold is my big enemy and I have been exposed to a lot of it as late.

Been drinking ginger tea infused with geekfenu to break that lung issue. Might resort to an old recipe White onion, ginger, garlic, horseradish, cayenne pepper equal parts fill a jar 3/4 full and top up with cider vinegar (Unpasteurised with mother in it.). Leave for a week and take a table spoon as often as you need. Burns like crazy and smells like the back side of a polecat but is great for you.
