Well there is a connection if I push it since Dagobert did befriend the huns in the 600's. So I am helping the Hun horde no?

Strange but true since in 400's the French were defending against the Attila hordes.

Introduction Krakyn

I know the Huns made it all the way to Europe in their conquests, but I do not know about the French making it to Asia. Nevertheless, we will see now if one of the sons of the French can survive in Asia. wink.gif

Well, it is not only about complaints, your feedback, especially in the Upgraded Feedback Board, helps others to know if it is worth their donation to Upgrade as well. You may also be able to give a perspective on things that we may have overlooked, etc.

Introduction Krakyn

Krakyn I noticed from your Posts in the Real Estate section that you are familiar with mortgages. Do you mind taking a look at the Mortgages Board? We have some Threads there about different provinces in Canada, maybe you can give some thoughts about one of those Provinces? The FP Payout is high there too wink.gif

Krakyn Introduction

fp beat LDS at more games arg the booty be sweet enough indeed!

Will see what I can do. Just a thought though have you thought into looking at farming some where in Canada?

It will tie up a load of time on you though.

My cousin has found he makes a good living slicing up log into good wood and doing small renovations here. What he does is find people who are removing trees and offers to cut the trees at a very low cost then turns about and takes the logs home and makes lumber from them.

His father in law who is a handy man works with him at this and now they have stepped it up to renovation using their own lumber. He says he wished he had did it years ago make more in a weekend then he does all week. He also keep 20 chickens 5 lambs and 3 pigs for sale in the spring/fall. In Ontario you have to produce 7000 a year to keep the farm label as agricultural land thus getting a lower land tax rate.

This is your Intro Thread, so I do not want to go into me much, but just to answer your question:

I do not know nothing about farming. I would have to work with someone who already has a farm and then learn enough to run my own.

I guess I could chop wood by day and build sites by night, however I do not think I can reach there as a professional wood cutter, so I have to look at another avenue. Thanks for the heads up though.

By the way, produce "7000" what a year?

Thanks for looking at the Mortgages section.

whoops dollars is the unit value I missed sorry JB. In Ontario you make it best in farming by having commercial use for the land rather than actually farming it. Just have enough stock to bring in $ 7000.00 annually and then make your real monies doing something else.

But the land would give you space for little ones and different venues to explore to make extra cash. I know hard work would never deter you and you would do well as your imagination is unending.

Just pondering if keeping a space of land as a labeled farm might provide an in to a better country somewhere if not here.
