Runt Introduction

I work with children in a residential setting and as most people know children are the greatest in the world at asking questions-why-how- where? etc.
It's to this end I have been attempting to find out the answer to a question posed to me by my key child who had encountered the question at Christmas during a family quiz which was "which animal won't sink in quicksand?" A. a dog B. a mule C. an elephant.(the given answer is .
In my attempts to find out why or at least how does anyone know I chanced upon this site and curiosity has gotten the better of me.
I hope this will suffice in my attempt to enrol.
