Recipe detials: Chicken and Broccoli Quiche
1 0" pie shell 10 ounces chopped broccoli -- cooked 3 min & drained 2 cups diced & cooked chicken 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 4 eggs 1 1/3 cups skim milk 1 tablespoon grated onion 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon coriander 1 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake pie shell 6 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degre es. Arrange broccoli with chicken and cheese in baked shell. Beat eggs with mil k, onion, sage, coriander, salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Bak e 50 minutes. Cool for 10-15 minutes. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R. |
