What are your thoughts about this classic dish?

Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials: CHILI (CROCKPOT)

Ingredients
3poundkidney beans, 1 lb cans
2poundtomatoes, cans 1 lb
2poundground beef, browned and fat drained
2mdonions, coarsely chopped
1cupcelery, diced
1eachclove garlic, minced
6tablespoonchili powder
1teaspooncumin
1salt, to taste
1pepper, to taste

Directions:

Put all ingredients in Crockpot in order listed. Stir once.

Cover and cook on Low for 10 12 hours or High 5 - 6 hours
