It seems like this sick bastard was having fun seeing his poor little baby probably crying in pain. Where the heck is the mother of this kid? Luckily, the baby is alive.

Sick very sick. How on earth could one do that and I agree where was the mother! How could she not know what was going on! The both should be charged on this one. Though I fear what will happen to the boy...to many times in Canada parents get punished for begin abusive then the child floats in the system bouncing from one bad home to the next till it is old enough to live on its own.
