1 CUP SOUR CREAM
1 SMALL INSTANT PUDDING MIX
1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
4 EGGS
1 PKG BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS
DIRECTIONS:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.
COMBINE 1ST 5 INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL FOR 5 MINUTES.
GENTLY STIR IN BUTTERSCOTCH
POUR INTO WELL-GREASED AND FLOURED BUNDT PAN AND BAKE
BAKE FOR APPROX. 55-60 MINS
REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND TURN OVER IN A CAKE PLATE LET COOL
*IT TOOK 55MINS TO BAKE WHEN I TRIED IT SO START CHECKING FROM 50MINS
