I think is a matter of the opinion of the person not the company to past judgment on people way of living.
Exxon is making a lot of money with the sale of their gas, so why should they have to worry about gay employees as long as they are not costing the company money then Exxon should leave them alone.
It is these record profits that the oil companies are making that make me feel sick. I know most of these profits were from hard pressed families who are doing all they can just to make it to work daily and try to place food on their table for their families. I think a smaller profit and lower gas prices would have been for these families.
