PROVO, Utah - To be successful in life, Brigham Young University students need to learn three critical skills, President Thomas S. Monson said Tuesday during a campus devotional. He spoke of the three skills--preparation, performance, and service--as gates that students must swing open on their own.
Wonderful ideas, service being my favorite of all. Well, President Monson knows a lot about it since he has been taking care of widows for quite a long time. People have different concepts about what success really is but I think this quote reflects my ideal that when you prepare and you act upon the skills you learned and serve others, that's what true success is.
