I think it is great that this child was able to get some help by calling 911. Leaving these children home alone for that period of time is wrong in any book. The fact that nothing bad happened is good. Now I hope the children are placed in a home where they do not have to try and fend for themselves.

This is terrible! I am glad the little boy understood this was an emergency! I am tired of reading stories like this. I hope they find an stable home and the mother held responsible for her actions.
