Ingredients
1 1/4poundbeef, ground
1/2poundpork, lean, ground
2cupbread, crumbs, soft
1/4cuponion, minced
1cupmilk
1eachegg, beaten
2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper
1nutmeg, cloves, or cinnamon, dash
1/2teaspoonchili powder, optional

Directions:

Mix all together. Pack lightly in crockpot with rounded top. Cook on Low 8-9 hours.
