Here in the UK the best product is rock oil, I know from experience, as a couple of years ago I hired a car that had an engine problem (without knowing) and oil leaked onto my bosses driveway... I spent the week cleaning it with different solutions, until I tried rock oil- I think it runs on the same way as the cat litter-drying it out first, before deep cleaning it.
