RAPE VICTIM IS JAILED ON OLD WARRANT
A college student who told police she had been raped was jailed for two days after officers found an old warrant accusing her of failing to pay restitution for a 2003 theft arrest.

Jailed Victim Rape
This is one of those cases where you want to feel bad for someone, but they really brought it on them self. I feel horrible that she was raped, something no one should ever have to endure. But she stole from someone else, she committed a crime and was ordered to pay restitution for that crime, but she didn't. What do we expect the police to do, just ignore the warrant for her arrest?
