1.00 lb Ground beef

1.00 md Onion; chopped

0.50 lb Mushrooms; sliced

0.25 ts Salt

0.25 ts Pepper

1.00 ts Worcestershire sauce

2.00 tb Biscuit mix

9" pastry shell

3.00 Eggs

1.00 c Creamed cottage cheese

Saute ground beef, onion, and 2/3's of the mushrooms in a skillet until the beef is well browned; drain off fat. Add salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and biscuit mix to meat mixture; spread in pastry lined pan. Beat eggs lightly, add cottage cheese, and mix well. Pour over meat mixture, and garnish with remaining mushrooms. Bake in 375~ oven for 1/2 hour. Serve the quiche hot.
