It makes sense that if you eat with people that eat less, you will in turn eat less. I always make sure to drink allot of water with my meal as well. But my last bite is always of the food I liked the best on my plate, it makes the meal seem more satisfying. My kids never eat everything on their plate, so its easy for me to eat little when they are with me at a restaurant. Of course, they keep me busy so its easier in that aspect to eat less when you spend forty-five minutes and get only half your food down.
