Coca-Cola and Nestle: False Claims?

Connecticut's attorney general is investigating scientific claims made by Coca-Cola and Nestle that promise their beverage can boost metabolism levels and burn calories.

This claim does seem a little suspect but even if it's true, the drink only claims to burn 60 to 100 calories for three 355 ml servings. That's not many. I'm sure I could burn that much taking a load of laundry downstairs to the wash room. It's a silly advertising gimmick, in my opinion.
