1 medium Onion -- chopped

1 28 ounce Ca tomatoes with liquid -- cu

16 ounces Sauerkraut -- rinsed and drain

1 1/2 cups Cooked rice

1 medium Green pepper -- chopped

"It's delicious for sauerkraut lovers and easy to double for a larger crowd." - Reta Christensen In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion; drain. Add remaining ingredients; transfer to a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
