Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

1 1/2 pounds beef top round -- or boneless top

-- sirloin steak, -- about 1 inch thick 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon dried tarragon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the broiler. Place the steak on a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray.

In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well and spread over the steak, coating well.

Broil for 16 to 19 minutes for medium-rare or to desired doneness beyond that, turning halfway through the cooking.

Serves: 6 to 8
