2 Lbs. MED. GROUND VEAL

1 Tbsp. SALT

1 Tbsp. PEPPER

1 Tsp. GROUND NUTMEG

1 Tsp. GROUND CLOVES

1 Tsp. GROUND MACE

1 Tsp. GROUND SAGE

1/2 C. FINE DRY BREAD CRUMBS

1 C. WATER

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND STUFF INTO SHEEP CASING OR MAKE INTO PATTIES.
