Anytime Quiche

What are your thoughts about this classic dish?

Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

3 large eggs

1/2 pound cooked & drained ground pork

OR beef 8 strips cooked -- drained & crumbled

bacon 1/4 pound cooked -- chopped ham

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Salt & pepper to taste 2 unbaked pie shells -- (9")

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add other ingredients. Stir. Pour into pie shells. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes until crust is golden brown. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD"
