1 deep dish pie crust -- (frozen) 4 eggs 1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 12 bacon slices -- cooked and chopped 1/2 pint cream 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 pinch salt 1 pinch sugar 1 pinch pepper 2 cups mushrooms and water chestnuts (or choice of vegetable) Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Beat eggs. Add cream, nutmeg, vegetables and pinch es. Put chopped bacon on bottom of pie shell. Spread cheese. Pour liquid over c heese. Bake for 12 minutes at 450 degrees and then 35 minutes at 325 degrees. R ecipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R.
