Interesting article. I try to have a schedule with the kids. Because of Felipe's special needs he takes very long to actually fall asleep so everybody is in bed around 7:30/8:00pm. Sometimes I don't sleep well because I go to bed too late but I feel that's the most peaceful time for myself, if I go to sleep then I feel like I am missing out something.
