Ingredients
2poundbeef, stew pieces
2tablespoonflour
1teaspoonsalt
1/16teaspoonpepper
1tablespoonoil
1eachonion, chopped fine
2eachcarrots, sliced
1tablespoonworchetershire sauce
1cupwater
1sugar, substitite equivalant 1/2 c

Directions:

Dredge meat well in flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in oil in skillet; add remaining ingredients. Cover. Simmer about 4 hours over low heat.
