Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

1 unbaked deep dish pastry -- (9 inch)

shell 1 can Hormel chicken -- (6 oz.)

1 cup shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack

cheese 3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon basil

1 package chopped spinach -- (10 oz.)

cooked and squeezed dry 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

2 eggs -- beaten

3/4 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Pierce pastry shell thoroughly with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees 10 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mayonnaise, and seasonings until smoot h. In a separate bowl, chop well together chicken, cheese, spinach, and onion. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, until brown. Cool at least 30 minutes before cutting. Good with muffins, fruit, and a green salad. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD"
