| 4 | pound | pork, or beef roast | |
| 1 | each | onion, sliced | |
| 1/2 | cup | bbq sauce, hickory smoke flavored | |
| 3 | cup | water | |
| 3/4 | cup | bbq sauce, regular | |
Directions: | |||
| Cook meat and onion in crockpot on high for 4 to 6 hours or on low overnight. Drain water and throw out onion. Add BBQ sauces and cook on low for 1 hour. | |||
