FOREIGN WORKERS CAN STAY LONGER IN CANADA, TORIES SAY
Foreign workers will be allowed to remain in Canada for twice as long as before, Human Resources Minister Monte Solberg said Friday, a move that has angered at least one labour group.

Well it seems that everyone (including Germans) is looking at Canada for work since it is 'easier' to get through than it is with the US:

Canada seem to be very welcoming towards those who want to migrate there, even their Immigration web site states such a thing which is unusual. I think is a country worth considering for those who want to migrate. Alberta seems like a great province and they are always looking for foreign workers.
