Another sickening case of those who have money can have what they want regardless of whether it should be available or not.
I don't see why any of these inmates should be able to carry on providing sperm for their partners/wives on the outside. They are supposed to be locked up from everything in the outside world, and in my opinion, this should include being able to father any more children. It's an absolute disgrace, and it must seem like flagrant disregard to the rules for his victim!

I think this guy should have been castrated. There is no reason for him to be able to father a child once he was convicted of such a brutal crime.
